Refund Policy

Each Fae’s Filigree piece is handmade with care, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. If your claim is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Once the item is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
